Shopping with us.

We hope that you enjoy using our website.

Items can be added to your basket and changed at any point before placing your order.

Once you are ready to pay, you will need to select the “Proceed to Paypal” button on the checkout screen. You do not need a Paypal account to shop with us. You will be able to select “Pay with card” on the next page and checkout as a guest to pay by credit/debit card. You can pay for your items securely via Paypal or by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Electron or American Express. Payment is taken at the point of purchase.

Once we receive your payment, as long as there are no issues with your order, we will dispatch your item as soon as possible but please allow 3 – 5 working days for posting.

Any “made-to-order items” can take up to 14 days to source material and make up the item, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

We offer delivery within the UK as standard but if you require international shipping, please get in touch with us for a quote. Thank you.


Delivery prices.

We offer a standard Royal Mail parcel delivery service (https://www.royalmail.com/personal/sending-mail ).

We offer free 2nd class UK delivery on all items above £20. The free postage does not include tracking or a signiture on delivery. If you would like one of these options, you can choose to pay for it at the checkout.

If you decide to choose our free delivery option, Rosie’s Boutique cannot accept any liability for lost items once they are in the hands of Royal Mail.

Reserve online and collect for FREE from our Lichfield store until 13th April when our lease is due to expire in Tudor Row.


 

Exchange and returns.

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not, you are within your statutory rights to cancel and return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of receipt, without reason. The only exceptions to this are:

Earrings.

Gift cards.

Sale items (unless faulty).

You can return or exchange an item by emailing rosies.boutique@outlook.co.uk rosies.boutique@outlook.co.uk. Wherever possible, please return any items to us in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return postage is to be covered by the customer, unless the item being returned is faulty. In this instance, once we receive the item, we will refund the postage and cost of your item. We will email you advising of this and a refund will be issued with 5-7 working days.

If you try to return an item after 14 days of receipt, we will be unable to offer you a refund but you are entitled to an exchange for up to 28 days after receipt of your item. This does not apply if the item is damaged/faulty.
